When sleeping is not late at night, the Prophet used to sleep after evening prayers
Ablution before sleep
Perform winter prayer
Clean the bed by shaking the cloth
Read the letter Al Ikhlash, Al Falaq and An Naas then blow it on both palms and rub it all over the
front of the body that can be reached 3 times
Turn off the lights before going to sleep
Lie on the right ribs and body facing the Qibla
Pray before sleeping

Spit on the left 3 times

Ask for protection from Allah by reading ta’awudz

Change position if you want to continue sleeping
Don’t think and interpret the nightmare you have experienced
